# I can no longer accept payments: cash register, terminal or app blocked

Hardware support, **including Nepting terminals, is provided by Lyzi**. Before contacting us, check these points in order: most blockages come from a setting.

### Check in this order

1. **The point of sale exists** in the back office.
2. **The cash register is assigned to this point of sale.** Without assignment, no payment is possible.
3. **The cash register is activated.**
4. **The app has been synchronized** by scanning the cash register's QR code. See [App disconnected](/en/faq/application-et-terminaux/lapplication-lyzi-pro-scan-me-demande-de-scanner-un-qr-code-au-demarrage.md).
5. **The right cashier scanned the QR code that corresponds to them.** The employee isn't chosen at the time of payment: each cashier has their own QR code.
6. **The cashier's collector has not been deactivated** by the manager.

### On a Nepting terminal

* The terminal must be in **Debit mode**.
* To generate the QR code: **+** button at the bottom right, then **Generate QR code**.
* Minimum amount: **€0.50**.

See [Accept a payment with a Nepting terminal](/en/faq/encaisser-un-paiement-crypto/comment-encaisser-un-paiement-crypto.md).

### If the problem persists

[Contact Lyzi](/en/faq/support/comment-contacter-le-support-lyzi.md) indicating the point of sale, the cash register and the message displayed.

### Questions covered

* "My cash register no longer works"
* "My TPE doesn't work"
* "I can no longer accept payments"
* "The app doesn't generate a QR code"
* "My Nepting terminal is blocked"
* "Who should I contact about a terminal failure?"

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.lyzi.io/en/faq/application-et-terminaux/je-ne-peux-plus-encaisser-caisse-terminal-ou-application-bloques.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
