# Can my customer pay from Binance, KuCoin, WhiteBIT or another exchange?

Yes, your customer can pay from their exchange. The method depends on the platform.

### Depending on the exchange

| Exchange | How to pay | Amount limit |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------- |
| **KuCoin** | **KuCoin Pay is integrated.** On the payment page, the customer chooses KuCoin Pay and is redirected to KuCoin to complete the payment. | None |
| **WhiteBIT** | **WhiteBIT is integrated.** The customer chooses WhiteBIT and is redirected to WhiteBIT. | From **€5** to **€9,000** |
| **Binance** | The customer goes through **Binance Wallet**, which they connect on the payment page. | |
| **Other exchanges** | <p>If your exchange doesn't appear in the list, don't worry: you can pay directly from your preferred platform, by making a crypto withdrawal to the payment address that will be displayed in your Lyzi payment experience.</p><p>Only possible in USDC and EURC</p> | |

{% hint style="warning" %}
The customer must always **scan the QR code with their phone's camera**, never from their exchange app. Scanning opens the payment page, where they choose their method.
{% endhint %}

### Points to watch

* **Amount outside WhiteBIT limits** (less than €5 or more than €9,000): the customer chooses another method, for example KuCoin Pay or a crypto transfer.
* **Sending from an exchange**: the customer must send the exact amount requested, on the right network. Too small an amount (forgotten fees, amount copied incorrectly) leaves the transaction pending. See [Insufficient amount](/en/faq/problemes-de-paiement/mon-client-a-envoye-un-montant-insuffisant-montant-manquant.md).

### Questions covered

* "Can my customer pay from Binance?"
* "Can I pay from my exchange?"
* "KuCoin Pay payment"
* "Is there a limit with KuCoin Pay?"
* "WhiteBIT doesn't go through"
* "Is Coinbase payment possible?"
* "My customer wants to pay €10,000 with WhiteBIT"
* "My customer scans with the Binance app and it doesn't work"

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.lyzi.io/en/faq/cryptomonnaies-wallets-et-exchanges/mon-client-peut-il-payer-depuis-binance-kucoin-whitebit-ou-un-autre-exchange.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
