# Which cryptocurrencies and networks are accepted?

Your customer can pay with **six cryptocurrencies**: **EURC, USDC, ETH, WBTC, POL and AVAX**. The full list, with the networks available for each one, is always displayed on their payment page.

### Accepted cryptos

| Category          | Cryptos                              | How to pay                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Stablecoins** | **EURC**, **USDC** | Direct transfer to the displayed address, by QR code or copy-paste, **without connecting a wallet**. Works with **any wallet** that lets you enter a destination address and an exact amount. |
| **Other cryptos** | **ETH**, **WBTC**, **POL**, **AVAX** | The customer must **connect their wallet** at the top left of the payment page. 498 wallets are compatible. See [Compatible wallets](/en/faq/cryptomonnaies-wallets-et-exchanges/quels-wallets-sont-compatibles-metamask-ledger-trust-wallet....md). |

{% hint style="success" %}
**The simplest for your customer: a stablecoin (EURC or USDC).** No wallet to connect, they simply send the exact amount to the displayed address.
{% endhint %}

### Networks

Each crypto is displayed on the payment page with its available networks. **Your customer must send their funds on the same network as the one they chose**, otherwise the payment remains stuck pending.

Remember: **POL only exists on Polygon.** For EURC and WBTC, refer to the networks displayed on the payment page.

### Non-accepted cryptos

| Crypto or network | Accepted? | What to do |
| ---------------------------------------- | --------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **USDT (Tether)** | No | The customer exchanges their USDT for an accepted crypto (for example USDC) before paying. |
| **Bitcoin (BTC) on the Bitcoin network** | No | The customer exchanges their BTC for an accepted crypto in their wallet or exchange. |
| **Solana (SOL and Solana network)** | No | Same principle: exchange beforehand. |
| **BNB Chain** | No | Same principle: exchange beforehand. |
| Any crypto not shown on the payment page | No | Exchange beforehand. |

All the solutions are detailed in [Non-accepted crypto (USDT, Bitcoin...)](/en/faq/cryptomonnaies-wallets-et-exchanges/mon-client-veut-payer-en-usdt-en-bitcoin-ou-avec-une-crypto-non-acceptee-que-faire.md).

{% hint style="danger" %}
Your customer must **never** send a non-accepted crypto (for example USDT), or a crypto on a network other than the one chosen, to the displayed address. The payment would remain stuck. See [Wrong network or wrong crypto](/en/faq/problemes-de-paiement/mon-client-sest-trompe-de-reseau-ou-de-crypto.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.lyzi.io/en/faq/cryptomonnaies-wallets-et-exchanges/quelles-cryptomonnaies-et-quels-reseaux-sont-acceptes.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
