# Frequently asked questions about accepting crypto

### Accepting payments

**How do I accept a crypto payment?** Enter the amount in euros, generate the QR code, the customer scans it with their phone's camera and pays. Wait for "Payment validated". [See the page](/en/faq/encaisser-un-paiement-crypto/comment-encaisser-un-paiement-crypto.md)

**How do I know the customer has really paid?** Only "Payment validated" on your device counts. The customer's screen isn't enough. [See the page](/en/faq/encaisser-un-paiement-crypto/comment-savoir-si-le-paiement-de-mon-client-est-valide.md)

**My customer wants to pay in USDT, what do I do?** USDT isn't accepted directly. The customer exchanges it for an accepted crypto (USDC or EURC for example) before paying. [See the page](/en/faq/cryptomonnaies-wallets-et-exchanges/comment-mon-client-peut-il-echanger-swap-sa-crypto-avant-de-payer.md)

**My customer wants to pay in Bitcoin?** Bitcoin on the Bitcoin network isn't accepted. Same solution: exchange beforehand. [See the page](/en/faq/cryptomonnaies-wallets-et-exchanges/comment-mon-client-peut-il-echanger-swap-sa-crypto-avant-de-payer.md)

### During the payment

**The payment isn't confirming, what should I do?** Wait 2 minutes, then look at the customer's page. After 10 minutes, contact Lyzi. Never recreate the transaction if the customer has sent their funds.

**The time limit is exceeded, should I make a new QR code?** Only if the customer hasn't sent anything. If they have, don't recreate anything: your device will update automatically when the payment is received. [See the page](/en/faq/problemes-de-paiement/delai-depasse-ou-transaction-expiree-le-paiement-est-il-perdu.md)

**The customer sent too small an amount?** They top it up from their payment page, to the same address. If they closed it, send them the transaction URL again from the back office history. Don't recreate the transaction. [See the page](/en/faq/problemes-de-paiement/mon-client-a-envoye-un-montant-insuffisant-montant-manquant.md)

**The payment is blocked by security?** Don't serve the customer until Lyzi has got back to you. [See the page](/en/faq/problemes-de-paiement/paiement-bloque-ou-en-cours-de-verification-de-securite.md)

### Refund

**How do I refund a customer?** A refund is possible: contact Lyzi at <support@lyzi.fr>. It isn't instant. [See the page](/en/faq/remboursements/comment-rembourser-un-client.md)

**What are the fees?** The fees are displayed to the paying customer on their payment page, at the time of payment.

### App and hardware

**The app asks me to scan a QR code at startup.** It disconnected after 30 days without use. Scan the cash register's QR code again. [See the page](/en/faq/application-et-terminaux/lapplication-lyzi-pro-scan-me-demande-de-scanner-un-qr-code-au-demarrage.md)

**My cashier can't see all transactions.** This is normal, they only see their own cash register. See the page

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.lyzi.io/en/faq/questions-frequentes/questions-frequentes-sur-lencaissement-crypto.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
