# Payment Links

In the image below, you have access to your dedicated payment links interface. Specifically, this is where you will create your payment links, configure the associated parameters, and find the history of your transactions made through these links. By clicking "Create a payment link" at the top right (see red box), you will be redirected to the dedicated page.

After clicking "Create a payment link", you can configure the information related to this link. Once on this page, the following elements must be filled in before creating the link:

* Customer reference
* Product reference
* Type of goods (tangible or virtual)
* Product price and currency (EUR, USD, CHF or GBP)
* Don't forget to assign the cash register (see green box), a necessary step to make the payment link valid.

\
As soon as the cash register is assigned, its outline automatically appears in blue (see image below). Finally, when the "Create my payment link" button at the bottom of the page appears in blue, you can click on it (see orange arrow).

Back in the Payment Links menu of your back office, you can now access the link you configured earlier (see previous image).\
On the blue square (see green arrow), you have the option to copy the link, then paste it to send it to the customer by email, in an invoice, or via WhatsApp. You can also open the payment link on a web page and send a screenshot to your customer if needed.

When you send the link to the customer, here’s the user experience: the customer gets a global view of the transaction, with the link validity before expiration at the top right (30 days by default). The customer can then choose their payment method. Finally, the customer confirms acceptance of the general terms and conditions.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.lyzi.io/en/merchant/liens-de-paiement.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
