# Mon client peut-il payer depuis Binance, KuCoin, WhiteBIT ou un autre exchange ?

Oui, votre client peut payer depuis son exchange. La méthode dépend de la plateforme.

### Selon l'exchange

Le client doit toujours **scanner le QR code avec l'appareil photo de son téléphone**, jamais depuis l'application de son exchange. Le scan ouvre la page de paiement, d'où il choisit sa méthode.

### Points d'attention

* **Montant hors limites WhiteBIT** (moins de 5 € ou plus de 9 000 €) : le client choisit une autre méthode, par exemple KuCoin Pay ou un virement crypto.
* **Envoi depuis un exchange** : le client doit envoyer le montant exact demandé, sur le bon réseau. Un montant trop faible (frais oubliés, montant mal copié) laisse la transaction en attente.
